Tabling Checklist

Review this list before tabling to ensure you have everything you need.

• Table

• Tablecloth (plus clamps or weights to hold it down)

• Canopy tent or umbrella (optional)

• A-frame Sign

• Lemonade, hotdogs, or other giveaway

  • Cups, plates, serving equipment

• Vegan dog treats

• Voter handouts

• Postcards, pens, and a side table for people to write postcards to voters

• Pins and/or stickers to give away

• Clipboards with the email signup sheet

• Bluetooth speaker with fun music playing

• A designated camera person with equipment to film conversations

• Optional: a screen with a slideshow of photos of PAF activism
